Beautifully presented, mostly tasty (but too much!) food. Assumed we were early, that other guests arrive more fashionably late, but for our 8pm reservation, we had the whole of the lecture room to ourselves! The room is delightful (look out for the lamp which rises, lowers and flutters)! Having the room to ourselves was great, but not so the over-the-top service. Lovely as the waiters were, it became a bit unbearable. A table in the private members bar was offered after dinner too-lovely touch!

Go for the langoustine starter and beef main at the lecture room. I'm still dreaming of the steak served over truffle breadcrumbs! We had drinks before dinner at the Palour and wanted to return after dinner but were told it was just for members. i think they should make an exception for diners.

Sketch remains a great choice for a special, stylish lunch. The vegetarian taster menu is sublime and service is unhurried, if a little distracted on the day that we went.

Fabulous! On the pricey side but its expected if you are going to book here. Tasting menu was great. A bit of a shame they dont do wine pairing tasting menu as well. The food was outstanding, so many different flavours and textures. A great experience.

The Lecture Room and Library at Sketch is certainly an enigma - the food and service were fantastic, as can be expected from this establishment. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially when we admired the chandelier in the main dining room and were given the artist's contact details and catalogue! The tasting menu was superb and very innovative in the use of ingredients and textures. The only thing I'd say is that the restaurant seems to lack identity in its decor. But oh well, it's great!

Fantastic decor, great door service. The beef dishes were beautiful, the fish dishes were a little disappointing and so was the lamb. The desserts were wonderful.

Our first visit to sketch the library and lecture room. What an experience...after an eccentric (but entertaining) greeting we enjoyed impeccable service, elgantly constructed and sauced food, and a visit from Pierre Gagnaire, an altogether too rare pleasure at establishments like this. I think this is one of the finest dining experiences (not such an oxymoron) to be had in London at the moment. Even the eye-watering bill seemed not unreasonable for an evening like that. We'll be back!

The service and ambience at Sketch was very good, however my girlfriend who had the taster menu and I ,who had the vegetarian taster menu thought the food was very poor and left the restaurant extremely disappointed. I would reccomend 5 London restaurants over Sketch.
